This Bavaria 36, Mitjana of Maldon, is
a great all-around model for those looking for a solid cruising
boat with performance. All lines are led aft to the cockpit,
for ease of sailing.
The Bavaria 36 has been looked after
by Menorca Cruising School on behalf of her owner since new
and has had limited chartering. The yacht is MCA coded and does
not need another out of water MCA survey until 2014. It is fully
equipped to RYA safety standards and is ready for the next owner
to step aboard and enjoy.
The early Bavaria yachts were built to
high quality standards rarely found in modern yachts. The interior
is finished with solid mahogany joinery, built to last.
The yacht has three private cabins with excellent stowage. The
saloon area converts to two more large berths, offering accommodation
for 8. The functional double sink galley has a large fridge, and
there is a separate navigation station. There are two showers
with pressurised H&C water. Mitjana does not have teak decks
as these get too hot for bare feet in the Mediterranean in summer.
