RYA Competent Crew

RYA 5 day courses run from Sunday 09.30 to Thursday 18.00

Designed for:
Beginners, those who have already sailed a little, and dinghy sailor's wishing to convert to big boat sailing.
Our Aim:
To cover the full RYA Competent Crew Syllabus; to introduce seamanship; Mediterranean mooring (stern or bow to the quay); to produce a safe, confident crew with good sailing skills.
Program:
The first two/three days we return to Mahón harbour each evening to enable gradual motion acclimatization. The last two/three days are spent exploring the lovely South coast bays or dramatic North coast of Menorca, including a night approach to Fornells, Ciudadella or Mahón harbour.
